VINICON: Sansuy's Vinicon semibulk flexible container features a transportation and storage system provided with advanced technology allowing carrying products maintaining its quality warranty. 
The system enables reduction of loading and unloading times, saving labor costs and material losses during transportation, contamination due to bag spoiling and avoiding product retention whilst bad emptying. Furthermore, Vinicon eliminates the cost of traditional bag packaging, also avoiding environmental damage due to broken and product contaminated throw away bags. 
There are also almost no return freight costs of empty units as they are neatly stackable occupying very little of the loading surface. 

After unfolding, the Vinicon unit is hung up through its loops by means of any type of fork lifter provided with a simple tubular device with hooks,  which then have to be fixed on the container loops. 

By the usage of Vinicon, the old problem of optimizing the loading room and ideal weight capacity (Balance's law) is satisfactory solved. Vinicon can also be used on various models of payload surfaces without adaptation needs. 

Vinicon is easily carried by means of forklifts, cranes, pulleys, conveying belts and hydraulic wagons. Its handling, therefore, turns out quick, clean and very safe. 

Once arrived at its final destination, Vinicon emptying is simple and quick. Hung up by its loops it enables the 
content slip down along the walls without retention in its interior. According to necessity, the outflow of the container product could be interrupted. 

Vinicon's storage allows piling up to 3 layers without risk of tumbling. 

Vinicon reduces the return freight costs.  When emptied it is easily stackable and lightweight = 1 percent of the total transported full load.  Piled up, it leaves space enough to carry other goods on its way back. 

Vinicon can be stored in open places avoiding usage of sheds or warehousing.

Pallets: A flexible container is versatile because it dispenses the use of pallets. It has been of great utility in the transportation of powder and granulated products.  Because of its regular shape, it allows piling, assuring easy handling, water proofing, in any means of transportation. 

Flexible tank: Stationary flexible tanks for water, diesel oil, vegetable oils and other liquids.  Ideal for job-sites and the storage of liquids.  Can also be made a special model used for transportation, greatly used in alcohol production industries for the removal and scattering of industrial waste.
